Tendered the perennial invitations and the rights artlessly

I parried all the misconceptions about the relationship

You kept on talking about the eternal and clean friendship

I never believed and thought we were truely in love

Until I started getting the clarity about what's this love

I got the insight that you assume all the roles for me

I'm always there for you though you aren't for me

I submitted and passed the baton to you

You persisted with your notions to pursue

Then you gave a solid jolt with all that brutality

And uttered fiendishly to the poor lady

I needed to rethink about the courtship

And redefine this romance of the relationship

I thought, for a while, my sixth sense was wrong

And you were not the one, I could be along lifelong

Then you came and confessed your love for me

I understood your queer notion of love for me

The new year came with the newer insight

That in yet another role, to vilify me is also your right

The mist got cleared and the tiger got hunted
